The Bilingualism
In the following text I will discuss a little about that is bilingualism and as it occurs in our country for example I will talk a little about how bilingualism is given in schools and cities but a very important point and perhaps for me the most important is: what teachers think of the importance of bilingualism?; What students think of English usage? And why there is a very poor level of English in schools? These are the issues that I will address in this article and view from Colombian school context with the aim of reflecting on the learning of English in children.
For the
Ministry of National Education is very important strengthen the program of
bilingualism in Colombia because this will lead to globalization this will lead
to globalization.
This project
involves everyone for strengthen bilingualism in Colombia, not only to teachers
but also to citizens. Then it is important to keep in mind that learning other
languages involves the whole community. This bilingualism project begins in
2004 and ends in 2019.
Talk about a language is referring to many doors for communication with
people but many people do not realize the importance of the use of languages.
Today the world is getting much smaller every moment in the world of business,
communications, work and even in relationships with friends. Always necessary
to speak and speak well. Much more when we are talking about a global society,
where it is necessary to speak at least two languages.
The English language has undergone a huge expansion over time and for many
years English was spoken only by a few people but today about 600 million
people speak English as mother tongue and more or less the same amount you use
it as a second language (figures showing the importance of this).
The challenge proposed the MEN is that students and teachers can
communicate in English as a second language under international quality
standards this insert to Colombia in universal communication processes in the
global economy and cultural openness to make it a competitive country with
better quality of life. The MEN
proposes the following levels of English: students who complete high school B1;
undergraduates B2; English teachers C1.
This project has as reference the Common European Framework for learning
any language which means that the country is taking British English where the
idea is to have more in mind the basics of communication and writing. One of
the things that matter to this project: It is most important is that people having
the ability to communicate and not to have a perfect grammar.

This publication shows some irregularities related with structure and text organization: careful with punctuation marks, the use of transitional words are clue to deal with cohesion, and the sequence of ideas you're developing...
When you say ... initial research..... what do you mean? which research? yours? a different one? which one?
And the references?? be careful when you use or mention something that has an author... we ought to suscribe authors, works, and pinctual info about it....
Anyway, great effort and.. this is a good beginning, 'cause you'll learn writing, through writing!! You've got 3.6 in this publication exercise.
